Brief Description: Measuring workplace competencies, such as time management and change tolerance, can be laborious and not capable of getting the full picture of an individual. The Data Science team at Wonderlic tackled this challenge using NLP and neural nets to predict a user's competency score. In addition, the team was able to reduce bias versus traditional methods using a Regularized Loss Function.
